SCREEN PRINTING
In screen printing, the design to be printed is placed on the coating of a very fine screen. Screen printing is particularly suitable for our first aid bags made of resistant nylon and other types of fabric.
PAD PRINTING
Pad printing is used when the object to be printed has an irregular surface. This is usually hard and made of plastic or metal. Our tick tongs, for example, are perfect for pad printing and can be refined precisely and quickly.
THERMO-TRANSFER
Thermal transfer is the highlight among the printing processes. The print image is applied by means of partially applied heat. The print result is very resistant and long-lasting. In contrast to other printing methods, thermal transfer printing is possible on many different materials and also supports colour gradients or photo-like print images.
DIGITAL PRINTING
Digital printing is used, for example, for the labels of our Mediboys. Your design is printed directly onto an adhesive film using a plotter and automatically cut out in the next step. Digital printing enables high-resolution full-colour prints and is best suited for smooth surfaces.
OFFSET PRINTING
Offset printing is an indirect flat printing process in which the printing plate and carrier do not come into contact with each other. Offset printing exists, for example, in the printing of our plaster folders and plaster cards and enables a high print quality and wide production variety.
LASER ENGRAVING
Laser engraving uses a laser beam to refine metal surfaces. In this way, text or logos can be engraved cleanly and precisely on our stethoscope, for example. A great advantage of this process is the very high durability of the finish.
